- At Summit Oral Surgery & Implant Center we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and here to assist you.
- Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.
- Please bring your insurance information to your first office visit so that we can expedite reimbursement.
- We accept ALL out-of-network benefits that your insurance coverage may provide and are preferred providers for Delta Dental, Metlife, and Guardian.

“I had two shattered teeth from biting down on something and I knew a Dentist wasn't the way to go. I'm in from out of town, didn't know who to call and just had to take my chances. Turned out I made the right choice. Summit Oral did a great job. They got me in same day and my surgeon had both teeth out before I even knew it. It's been three days now, one hurts a bit and the other is fine. I'll likely give them a call tomorrow if the pain doesn't subside. They did a great job, hardly felt a thing.
